“The Gold detaining service was supposed to take 2-2.5 man hours. after 1 hour the technician told me the SUV was complete. Upon inspection the floor of the SUV still had dirt and sand on the floor. The door pockets had dirt in the, The hard mat in the rear of the SVU had dirt on it. There was an area on the exterior which the technician claimed was a paint defect, that he said would have to be buffed out for an additional expense. The tech did fix all the issues but the paint, but had an attitude and said he worked for 27 dealerships and he knows how to detail a car. I am female, I found his demeanor belittling and a bit aggressive. This was basically a $159 car wash. I will not be using your services again”

“The reason i wanted your service was for a "deep clean" i cleaned the actual vomit the night before so there was no need for a $105 bio-waste remediation, i told the tech he was gonna need to open the inner parts of the door to clean inside of it, which he did not do and i had to go to the dealer and have them open it and clean inside of it. He did not do any deep cleaning or shampooing, all he really did was spray a lot of amorall on all the seats and floors which has made the surfaces very very slippery and i have to clean off myself. I'm very disappointed in this experience! ”
